- Damages during Shipment: USA Car Engines is not responsible for damages occurring during shipment of any engine, transmission, or part.
- Delivery Times: Since our inventory is located at various supplier facilities, delivery times may vary, but it normally takes 7-14 BUSINESS days (excluding weekends and holidays). Even though it’s uncommon, delivery times may be affected due to unusual circumstances that may require some additional time.
- Residential Deliveries: Residential deliveries or requests for lift gates will result in a $250.00 additional shipping charge, unless noted otherwise.

How Do I Track My Package?

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
- Ground Orders: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
- Truck Freight Orders: Generally delivered within 7-12 business days.
Please note we do not offer weekend or holiday delivery.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel your order, please be aware that a restocking fee will apply. Orders are processed quickly, so contact us as soon as possible.
What if Part of My Order is missing?
If you find that a part is missing, please provide us with accurate details and contact us immediately via phone or email so we can assist you promptly.
Shipping Details
We ship to the U.S. and Canada. For PO Box deliveries, pricing may vary. All orders require a signature upon delivery and are shipped on business days only. We typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the U.S. and Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii for select products.
Sales Tax

What Happens If I Refuse My Order?
If you refuse delivery, you will incur a restocking fee, and a case will be created for your order.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please provide videos and pictures of the damage, and inform the delivery person to obtain a case number. You must do this within 24 hours to ensure we can process your claim.
Returns
- All returns must include an RMA number.
- We do not accept returns of installed parts or opened manuals.
- If hardware is missing or damaged during installation, we cannot accept returns.
