Return and Refund Policy
At USA Car Engines, we strive to provide exceptional service and quality products. However, we recognize that circumstances may require a return or refund. Below, we outline our policy regarding returns and refunds, which applies to all orders, including special orders.
General Return Policy
- Non-Refundable Orders: All sales are final for special order parts and certain other items as indicated. Refunds may only be issued under specific conditions as outlined herein.
- Receipt Requirement: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Labor Costs: USA Car Engines does not cover any labor charges associated with installation, removal, or repair of any part.
- Deposits and Booking Amounts: All deposits and booking amounts are taken in good faith and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: If an order is canceled for any reason, a restocking fee of 30% will apply. Cancellations made after shipping will incur a 30% restocking fee along with any applicable shipping charges.
- Refused Deliveries: If an order is refused at the delivery point, a restocking fee of 30% will apply, in addition to all shipping charges (both to and from the destination).
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all components and instructions included.
- Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Important Note: Please ensure you have selected the correct part for your vehicle before installation. We cannot accept returns for parts that have been damaged during installation.
Returned Checks: There is a $100.00 service charge on all returned checks.
Liability Disclaimer: USA Car Engines does not assume responsibility for towing charges, lay-up time, telephone costs, loss due to downtime, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use, inconvenience, or car/truck rental.

Warranty Claims
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective engine or transmission, the following steps must be taken to initiate a warranty claim:
- Documentation Required: Email us at support@usacarengines.com with the following information:
- A copy of your driver’s license or state-issued ID.
- A detailed diagnostic report along with clear photographs of the defective part from an ASE-certified mechanic.
- Contact information and certification of the mechanic who provided the diagnostic report.
- Claim Review: Once all required documentation is submitted, we will review your claim to determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.
- Return Conditions: The defective part must be returned complete, with no missing components. Neither shipping costs nor labor fees are covered under the warranty.
Important Reminders
- RMA Requirement: Ensure you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any returns. Items returned without an appropriate RMA number may be delayed or denied credit.
- Shipping Returns: We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking for your return shipment. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
